Jun 29, 2015

Choosing a menu...The possibilities are endless. Generally speaking Start with Beef and Chicken combinations.
Cultural tastes are important. Usually begin with items the bride and groom are familiar with.
Family input is important, but the final decision should be the bride and groom.

Try 2 or 3 entrees with various caterers. Let them know how you like the food seasoned.
Each caterer has their version of an entree taste, appearance, portion size, grade and quality of product, as well as
final cost and service provided.  The balance of the meal, salads, vegetable, starch
and bread can be chosen at a later time to accent the entrees.
